I've entrusted my car with AVAS for every service my car has required for nine years. Never had to return for any corrections. Look no further if you are particular about your car and want things done right the first time. I especially enjoy interacting with Shane and Ralph. They also let me know about repairs that will be necessary in the future and help me prioritize which are the most important, never attempting to sell me on something that can safely be postponed. I haven't always been happy with the prices. But Having it done promptly and that it was done the right way is worth the peace of mind.

I have 4 cares that Shane takes care of. I had a alternator replaced on my Honda and front brakes on my Jeep. Quality service and uses quality parts. Always checks overall needs for fluid even if it's not what it was brought in for. He has kept the Honda running for 165000 miles

I am so happy with my recent experience at Aliso Viejo Auto Service. We recently moved to Aliso Viejo, and this business has very high marks on Yelp! Owner, Shane Portnoff, really cares about his customers and it shows through the level of communication I got from him while he was replacing my fuel pump in my 2002 Chevy Tahoe. I also had my transmission flushed during the same visit. As soon as a diagnosis was made I got a call from Shane and later a great email backing up that call. Super professional!!! Many thanks to Aliso Viejo Auto Service for a job well done!
